My legal career

My legal path commenced in 2006 at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. Thereafter, I came to Munich in 2011 to take my specialty exam in labour law at Ludwig Maximilians University.

From 2012 to 2015, I worked as a trainee lawyer in the Munich Higher Regional Court and also chose labour and social law as my main focuses during my second state examination. In 2014 and 2015 I worked on employment law mandates in an international commercial law firm and gained my first practical experience in employment law.

At the beginning of 2016, I started working as a legal consultant at a social association and deepened my knowledge of social law through daily personal and telephone consultations with members, prepared objections and claims, regularly participated  trade fairs and held legal lectures on social law topics.

In August 2017 I acquired my admission to the bar at the Munich Bar Association and successfully completed my theoretical part of the training to become a specialist lawyer for labour law in July 2018. From 2017 to 2019 I worked as a lawyer in two Munich boutique law firms and mainly worked on employment law cases.

From July 2019 to November 2020, I studied foreign labour law at the Monash University in Melbourne and obtained an LL.M - Master of Laws in Workplace and Employment Law.

In December 2020 I was admitted as a specialist lawyer in labour law by the Frankfurt Bar Association and consult workers, employers, trade unions and working councils on all matters relating to the employment and labour law.
